I did.....one that pays oh well $200 a day .And I have managed to begin rebuilding my BR and focus more on my game and not just the shortterm or bonus chasing(course it helps though).

And to the previous comment about rake being higher - it is higher, yes, but not as high as you think relatively speaking. Also remember that your bonus earn rate is DIRECTLY proportional to the amount of rake being paid, and it is pretty much a wash. I rarely play limit but I was clearing bonus there and decided to play 2-4. I went on a huge rush and won like $600 in 2-3 days playing 2-4. My win rate was a rediculous 17BB per hour or something. I'm not to sure how the 3/6 game is but I was faced with the same problem you were at all there skins. I have won at every other site but not here. I am currently finishing the Eurobet promotion and after losing 400 i decided to drop down to 1.2. The tables are very good and have manged to win back 250. The bonus clears really slow at this level, so i would recommend multi tabling 5 tables if you can. I normally do 3 so the hourly rate is only a bucks less but its better than beating yourself up over the losses. Again, personally I don't think its a bad streak because between here and some other forums i've seen post at this is a common thing at poker room skins. The rake is higher so that hurts ya some, the players are good but not really more so than any other site. I have played regularly for the last 2 and a half years and I have had my share of rough stretches, but this was the first one to send me over the edge and tilt and play VERY poorly. For those of you that played against NAMcMoney on party last night, your all welcome for the money I dished out. That was agift and I won't be generous like that again, I promise you that.
I think most of the good advice has already been given. Take abreak. Reevaluate your game and be honest with yourself. Fix any leaks you might have. DONT LOOK AT EACH SESSION INDIVIDUALLY, TREAT YOUR POKER CAREER AS ONE LONG SESSION! I caps this because this is what I lost sight of. Also, drop down a limit or 2 to get your confidence back. There is no shame in this.

I too get my Aces busted by sets. I prefer to play NL25, but will move to NL50 or NL100 when I see a juicy game with monster pots. I can't see having no job and a bankroll under $100k. But I have lots of mouths to feed. So I have to keep my real job until I win a WPT or WSOP.

But it doesnt help when time after time you raise 4 or 5x bb preflop and get called by K3o and get beat. I've tryed limping and flopped top pair only to be beat by 2 pair like J's and 4's. I've punished the draw and had my ass handed to me by people who had the smallest pair on the board till the river.
I've taken some time off and played some tournies usually buying in with my player points. Strange but I've done well at Martins in SNG's buying in with my points.
I've got a ton of points at Absolute and I've been playing the tournies there. My last dry spell lasted just over a month and was over a year ago. I had forgotten what it felt like. It's not fun but I'll work thru it and then kick some ass!

I agree although i have downswings in NL those mostly happen in a short period of time, you lose a couple big pots but in limit the downswings often are long but slowly that is much more frustrating to me than losing a couple of big pots. Even if the net - of the downswing might be the same i prefer it happening in a short timespan than having several sessions where you just cant seem to win. | | Static Link |

Minus 200BB in 5,000 hands is far worse than bad luck if you are playing LHE. My z-normal tables only go down to .0002 and that run is more like .00005. Look over your hand data and find out what you are doing wrong. Looking at your post, it could be the playing style on these new sites is throwing you off.
I would adjust by cutting to single table play. Drop down levels only if playing single tables doesn't stop the poor play. When you drop levels you learn bad habits playing weaker folks - this may make matters worse at your old limits.
If the problem is an attitute problem, I find playing different games helpful. I went on a bad run for a few weeks last month and ended up playing O8 for the first time. That seemed to help me.

I usually drop down in limits until I find a good game to beat, even if that means going from $3/6 to $1/2. I'd rather clear a bonus more slowly and turn a profit off my play than clear it quickly and lose money from play. I also sometimes switch to 6max if the full ring games are ultra-tight.
