I think those hourly rates are a bit off, or the currency rates have changed rather substantially. I was getting $8.88 per hour, $17.76 per two hour session as of about 10 days ago. | | Static Link |

You would be correct sir.

Yeah they charge a pretty high amount to the pokersites (or any transfer for that matter). Most sites cover this charge so we never see it, but every once in awhile you'll see an outrageous withdrawal fee (i.e. CityPoker's $22 withdrawal charge). Crypto also charges a $1/L1 for withdrawing, but I doubt that covers the charge fully.
I think they do the $1 so that you will limit your transactions to the ones that are necessary. Some folks willy nilly move money around and make bunches of unecessary transfers because they never see any of the hidden fees. While I doubt the $1 covers the fees it helps keep you from tranfering that $1,000 out in 20 fifty dollar transactions. Laugh if you will but I know people who withdraw the money $50 a day till it drops down to their minimum comfort level. | | Static Link |

Neteller has provided me services without charge for quite a while now. As long as these charges are not outrageous, I will not complain. In fact, this will be the first time they have made any money from me directly in the three years I have been using them.

It's just another fee for Neteller to make money and I don't mind it too much. They are a business after all.

I've never lost money when withdrawing, but lose a few bucks when putting money back in Neteller.

Will Neteller charge me a fee for exchange?
Thanks in advance.
It's got nothing to do with Totalbet, the conversion is done by Neteller and they give a crap exchange rate on top of a 1.9% charge. When you withdraw they get you a second time. Basically 5% each way.
Fortunately on the UK sites I can deposit and withdraw using my debit card but on sites like Pokerstars, Ultimatebet etc it's hard to avoid the Neteller currency charges. | | Static Link |
| Posted by: Thythe at September 6, 2004, 12:36 pm | | Topic: totalbet pounds to dollar conversion Forum: Bonus Whores | If you withdraw the equivalent of $200 I'd say you only get between $190 and $195. With a $45 bonus or so, it's still worth it.

Yep, the conversion rate sucks.
So you better make some profit playing...
