Some Primas want a higher table stake for the RH to count, but Riverbelle is super because it is any table.

There is a site that provides a short list where they selected only rooms with easy to get bonuses. They seem to check the bonuses and only suggest a few. They also mostly go for Prima skins. I don't know how high a limit you can play with $100.
