Eh, I think you're overreacting. Between the monthly hourly bonus, and the casino match, I'll put up with the multitude of problems. Sometimes a whore's gotta put up with that kinda stuff.

1. Tried their 800 number. Wouldn't work for me, someone from live help said it wouldn't work for some people from the states. Live help said to call e cash direct and they could patch me through.
2. Attempted to call E cash direct. That number was down.
3. Person from live support gave me an 800 number for intercasino. I called them and finally got through to william hill support.
4. Of course William hill support says "It's not our problem, it's because of the neteller update." oh, and by the way, they can't help me, I have to call them during GB business hours so finance can handle it.
5. Finally get through going through the same steps. Pissboy on the phone says they will get it done Today (Friday). I told pissboy I wanted the email of the chief executive to express my extreme displeasure. Of course he won't give me any new email address other than the one that has ... | | Read Entire Entry |

Forum: Bonus Whores | Spoke with someone from live help tonight, he said that some US customers couldn't dial directly to William Hill support, so to call E cash direct and they could patch you through to them.
I called the ecash direct number just now (10:30pm CST) and get a solid tone on my phone. This gets stranger and stranger.

I'll e-mail again tomorrow if there's no change and will update again.

I did several withdrawls that day from pokerplex, will hill and car. sun and only will hill got declined. I found that very interesting. As others have stated, will hill is the only crypto skin that does not use ecash so I think that has something to do with it.

I think I was the first one that this happened to and it seems resolved now. I e-mailed them on Fri/Sat and they said they are having Neteller issues and are processing all Neteller withdrawals manually until it is fixed. They said the money would be in my Neteller account in 24 hours. The e-mail system takes them several days to respond to but I think it is the best way to go. Probably the money will show up even if you don't e-mail.

My wife withdrew and then I withdrew and they both showed up as declined. The money is in limbo; nowhere to be found lol. I'm in the process of emailing customer service right now. I'll let you know how it goes.

Wow, hopefully things are changing. I actually spoke to a guy from Ecash a while ago who DID seem to know what was going on.
I withdrew from Hills recently using neteller and although it took a few days to come through, it did make it. Their cashout system seems to be very temperamental and even the support guy told me that it sometimes takes a few tries to work. After trying a couple of times it did work and I was relieved to see my money arrive at the other end (as I'm not completely trustworthy about their cashier system).
Anyway I think it took about 4-5 days so don't worry too much yet but no harm in giving them a ring to check (don't bother emailing or clicking that pointless 'ring me' button). | | Static Link |
