Of course, We only have accounts at Party and PokerNOW, and have get to whore Intertops or Empire for thier sign ups.

I had a friend create an account using one of my computers and make a deposit at Party. They also asked for email address and last 4 digits of the neteller account.
But the curveball was that they asked about all ids that had played on my pc and how he knew these people.

From memory:
They will require that you call from the number in the account. They will ask DOB, address, amount of deposit, and what method (Neteller, etc) you used for said deposit. They might ask other stuff, but that should be the majority of it.
