An easy and free way that I use is to transfer the money through a pokersite. I do it at Paradise Poker, but its more sites thats give that possiblity.

::EDIT: When you transfer you do it by the Poker site's function for transfer to another player. I have heard about people getting blocked or get warnings after they "chip-dumped" to a friend at the poker-table while playing poker.

Neteller now requires you to be setup with all your banking information. Called "certified"
