I used to (and did well) but having to send in ID and a copy of a bill is a pain in the ass. Then the phone call comes and you feel like you are under interogation from The Gestapo. So not worth it.
Proxy's list is good but he needs to make two Crypto listings. One for limit and one for no limit. They are two completely different animals.
UB no limit is better than their limit games. Way easy to beat at low limits. I usually play the .25/.50 NL game or the .50/1.00 NL game. Their is a big difference in each game. My list would look like this:
Tight:
1. Poker Stars (all games)
2. UB (higher limit games)
3. Bugsy's CLub (all games and tourneys)
4. Tropics (all games and tourneys)
5. UB (lower limit NL games)
6. Crypto (all limit games)
7. Intertops (tourneys)
8. Full Tilt Poker (any game)
9. Jet Set Poker (any game or tourney)

In fact, most of us have made more there than any other site. Paradise is very fishy these days too. Absolute has been my nemesis.

Stay away from PS and UB until you get really familiar with the game. I mean REALLY familiar with the game. Those sites have some of the tightest players on the net and they are pretty decent even at that level. Crypto is a good choice for you to travel to next. Then only have 1/2 there though.

Most notably the 100% up to $50 every Sunday night from 8 to 9 PM eastern at Captain Cooks. Anyhow, my question is about the games themselves.
I beat the .5/1 games at prima for about 3 BB/100. Last month I whored the $120 bonus at pokerstars and got raped. By the time I cleared the rake requirements my 600 deposit plus the 120 bonus were down to 575.
I want to start whoring these other sites like crypto and absolute and UB but I am wary of losing my hard earned streetwalking money. How does the quality of the competition at these other three sites compare to the prima rooms? I am specifically interested in the crypto, absolute, and UB sites. After all, a 100 bonus is not very helpful if I lose 150 while clearing it. | | Static Link |
