addidtional note: The statement that you see online is only their statement relating to ecash transfers in and out of the ecash account. Their is another worksheet that they included in the statement when I requested a statement from them one month.
Here is the explanation they sent me:
"Thanks for your email. Please accept my apologies for if you have not received a response. I have attached an excel spreadsheet showing the transactions in September on your ECash account and your Poker account.
You don't generally see the transactions to your poker account. What happens is you deposit money into your ECash Account and that is automatically transferred to and from your Poker account when you play."

I had to request it about 5 times before they actually sent it. It looks to me like you have lost $6. I am just guessing but it could be that they deduct the instacash fee from your bonus if you used that method to make your deposit. Otherwise, I don't know.
