Right. The fee is charged by Ecash and Will Hill dosen't use them.

Damn, if Neteller's cut really is 2% you must be withdrawing $5000 a month.
That's a problem I would like to have.
The fee is 1.9% each way. I don't think he is moving that much each month, he wants to cash out the accumulation of several months. For me and probably for most of us this is a non problem. ... | | Read Entire Entry |

City Poker has been known to charge random fees up to 10% of the cash-out. The last solid data I got was $22 for $481. I have no idea how this is arrived at. Several people have had mixed success at getting these fees refunded. I simply advise avoiding City all together.

At UK Betting and PokerPlex, it is much more than just a dollar. The Neteller fee is several dollars for the conversion. So, you play for the $50 bonus and pay a dollar to cash out plus $3 or $4 in conversion fees. Not the end of the world, but 10% of the bonus being charged in fees is hardly insignificant. | | Static Link |

I do agree - although its nice to maximize your profit its certainly not worth avoiding a site because it costs you $2 to withdraw.
Im unsure about these exchange rate costs also. I keep $100 in all crypto sites, and withdraw anything over that each month. I have never noticed a difference in the amount I was expecting due to exchange rates, but perhaps this is because the difference is negligable as I am not withdrawing $1000's at a time. The $xxx.01 withdrawal still works for me at the none pound sites. Ive never been able to get it to work for the pound sites though. | | Static Link |

| Posted by: Bankroll at January 18, 2005, 2:44 am | | Topic: Crypto sites and Cashout fees Forum: Bonus Whores | They will likely charge you $1 on the first withdrawal of everything but $20, and then if you are right you won't get charged on the $20 withdrawal. How is this different than just withdrawing all of it on your first withdrawal and getting charged $1?
If there really is a limit under which they don't charge the $1, say $20, then you'd have to make for example 5 withdrawals of $20 to get $100 without a fee. I'm not adverse to jumping through hoops to save a $1, but this could take some time if you have a large balance. | | Static Link |
| Posted by: NoDamage at January 17, 2005, 5:40 pm | | Topic: Crypto sites and Cashout fees Forum: Bonus Whores | I think if you cash out $20 or less, they don't hit you with the $1 fee, but I'm not completely certain.
I was playing at Interpoker a week ago to clear the Jan bonus and they also gave me the free $20 for playing one raked hand promotion. Well, I cleared the bonus and cashed out $349 (minus the $1 fee) on one day. Then a few days later they finally got around to crediting my account with the extra $20, and I was able to withdraw the full $20 without any fee.
The fee is automatically deducted from your balance at the withdrawal screen. So if you have $350 in your account, when you withdraw it'll only let you put in a maximum of $349.
You could try doing 2 transactions: first withdraw everything but $20, and then withdraw the remaining $20. I'm not certain if it'll work but its worth a shot. | | Static Link |

3) I don't know jack shit about a currency conversion fee...prolly something they charge the brits for having poor dental hygeine.
If you have a USD account, you get charged a hidden currency conversion fee by Neteller (about 2%?) when you cashout of UK Betting and Totalbet, which are GBP-based sites. I believe you may get charged when you deposit too.
I think this is a general fee Neteller charges you when you cashout of sites that are not in USD. I've gotten charged the same thing when I've cashout from some GBP-based casinos which are totally unrelated to Crypto.

Hmmm...maybe they just caught me abusing it?
I did an Interpoker cashout for about $784.01, and received $784.01.
A couple days after that I did a Carib Sun cashout for like $290.10, and received exactly $290.10 in Neteller.
These were both early in the month.

2) There is a way to minimize your cashout fee to pennies. If your balance in your account is $200.25, make your cashout amount $199.01...you will get $200 in your neteller account and still have .24 in your Crypto account to hopefully cash out next month. In effect, you have paid only .01 in cashout fee.
I'm about 99% sure they changed this due to abuse. I had a couple cashouts earlier this month from Interpoker/casino and Carib Sun...and I got the .01 and .10 I had tacked on hoping to circumvent the $1 fee.

Glad I got that off my chest, now to answer your questions.
1) The only fee I've ever had from them is the $1 cashout fee. It's BS, no other sites charge this...BUT if $1 is eating up your bonus you suck at poker and should consider not whoring at all.

Figured you whores would be the best place to clear something up.
I read somewhere that Cashout fees ( hidden and obvious ) can eat up alot of your bonus when cashing out from the various Crypto sites. What do you all know about this?
Specificallly mentioned was the $1 processing fee, but also aludded to were currency conversion fees and possibly others. I deposit in USD$ and have so far only played in USD$ tables. Does this matter?
The same guy mentioned that someone from around here would probably have a way to minimize the fees to pennies. So I am hoping....
Thanks for any help guys | | Static Link |
