WTF

why do you have to play 250 for $17.50.....it should have been 250 for teh whole $50

like i said, i was clearing top40 first, and using the $50 they gave me from epass at the same time..

A little thing that may help you here ...

When I click the "Pending" on my TOPBUCKS50, there is a line in the window that pops up saying "Click here if you wish to forfeit the bonus offer." I haven't tried clicking it, of course, but maybe, if you don't want the bonus, you could?

Of course, they would take any money for that bonus back (I don't know if they would take $17.50 or $50 in your case). But if you have a different bonus to do, that might work.

And if you don't have a different bonus to do, just let it expire on its own

if this is true and you did not finish the requirements for the $50 bonus, they will take back $50 at expiration if there is money in the account.

This is not true at all. If you bust a normal CRB (it shows as expired) it's over, period. This is all spelled out in the T&Cs; it takes a little effort to parse, but it's quite clear.

I should probably write up a strategy post on stickying the CRBs.

unless things have changed....if you put money in your account (like he did) and take the bonus they will take the money back. I don't think they are going to say you busted their money first if you lose $50

If you only had teh money they gave you and busted, then yes its done.

Myabe teh T&Cs have changed sine i last got free money but this is what has always happend to me.

I've seen this before as well. When I have money in play at a table(s) they deduct that amount from the CRB. When I leave the table(s) the amount is added back.

Were you playing when you noticed the CRB amount drop and then come back?

WTF is going on?

hmm must be different with the new software....does it say anything about how many hands you have to play?

if it goes to 0 again i would cashout if you don't want to play.

most likely they will take back 17.50 when it expires if that is what is left.

you could always cashout the 408.xx and take the rest to a NL table and go crazy

actually i was doing the top40 bonus but deposited again for EPASS...

been playing for 3 days and down $60.... checked the bonus details and EPASS went from $50 to $0...........i thought since there's no $$ to be made there, i might as well not clear the EPASS since i lost that $$...but now you're saying they take $ from you if dont clear it? is there anyway i can bypass it? if i have $0 in my account on the day the EPASS bonus expires, they cant take $ from me.. but if i deposit in the future, would they take $50 from me?

Say you have a $50 cash restricted bonus and another bonus pending. While you are clearing bonus #2, you lose a bit of $$ and the $50 bonus now becomes $0....what happens to it? Technically it should mean that the bonus is dead since you lost all the $$... Will the bonus disappear or do you still have to clear it?
