I was actually stuck for more than I realized and the non-withdrawable was the Casino bonus. I just looked at my stats for clearing this bonus and it was one of those nights when the Crypto fish put me in the middle of a male/male/male sandwich (with loads of grease).
How about:
AA: 2 times, net: red
AQs: 1 time, net: red
AQ: 1 time, net: red
AJs: 1 time, net: red
ATs: 1 time, net: red
KK: 3 times, net: red
KQs: 1 time, net: red
and so on. | | Static Link |

So I sent them an email and asked them to take care of it.
Today I logged on to see if it was fixed, but the cleared bonus is still not withdrawable. FWIW, I have recieved five of those autogenerated £5 bonus confirmation emails, so obviously the bonus is cleared in full.
I've never had this problem with other Crypto sites/E-Cash before. Has anyone else experienced the same?
The bonus you are seeing as non-withdrawable is the casino bonus. It has nothing to do with the poker room. You should have noticed your withdrawable money go up as each hourly bonus was added to your account. | | Static Link |

i played blackjack for like 3 hours and noticed I had cleared like 0.00001% of the WR so I said fuck this and started betting £10 per hand and of course lost it all quickly
btw I suggest cashing out all your money first leaving only the non-withdrawable £25 so you dont spend any of your own money at blackjack
does anyone ever actually clear this bonus ? I'll admit I dont know shit about blackjack, I was just following the chart on wizardofodds.com/blackjack betting £1 per hand. if you clear it, how do you do it? only way I could see is by betting the whole £25 on the first hand, doubling up, betting £50, doubling up, then grinding it out for like 8 days betting £1 | | Static Link |

Forum: Bonus Whores | I think you HAVE gotten the bonus, and there is just a misunderstanding. You will never see these hourly bonuses as non-withdrawable. They simply show up in your balance once you receive them (when you get your e-mails).
If you have kept track of your money as well as your time spent, you will most likely see that you have £25 more in your withdrawable balance than you "should have" from the game results alone.
The extra non-withdrawable bonus you are seeing is probably the casino bonus. You will find info about it if you search - I don't know much about it other than you can't get it released by playing poker. | | Static Link |
