Bodog points all clear the same way regardless of percentage match, so I don't see how it's that important to set up a gnome just so you only have to deposit $100 to get $100, as opposed to $500 to get $100.
with 20x casino WR and 2x sportsbook, the RoR on only $200 is relatively high - you'll want to have a higher bankroll to play bodog in the first place. even with poker, you'll want to play at least $2/4 LHE or $1/2 in order to clear it efficiently.
uh..this was 5x and was limited to a $100 max ... i made $303 in under an hour..............

Just my opinion... expekt is Prima, so most would say "yes", but I don't have much firsthand knowledge of that.
I think in their T&C's, it might even mention one bonus per household, address, IP addres, etc
