When I log on to poker rewards it says my user ID and password are incorect but when I hit cancel it still logs me on. anyone else have this happen? I do have auto login checked

I'm curious about this as well. I deposited using an alternate method, just curious if anyone can give an estimate as to when the Neteller reload was offered to them. It's been over three weeks since I completed the sign up bonus, and no sign of a Neteller reload offer.

Didn't they have Virtual City before? I think they changed VC to Poker rewards. They are all part of the same company so I'd assume the same restrictions apply.

Where do I enter NETeller as preferred payment?
When you log in and the Poker Rewards popup comes up, it's in the lower right hand corner.
If you don't get the popup, when you log on the poker client, you should see the PokerRewards link right above the table list (over sit and go and MTT). Click on it, when the screen comes up, scroll down and you'll see "Withdrawal Settings" down on the lower right. Click on "Change Settings".

you play.
When you have met the raked hand requirement for the bonus, you will see the amount updated in your VIP points balance as 20000
points (or $200). The points that accumulate until then refer to your loyalty points.

Happened to me. They send your original deposit back to Neteller and send you a check for everything over. The check has here in a week.

Is this incorrect? Is it dealt hands? Raked hands? Or contributed raked hands?
I'd have to check my pokertracker stats for sure but I am almost positive that it is dealt raked, not contributed raked.
