Tonight, I got my money back. 5 days is not terrible, but it isn't impressive either. Here's the timeline for anyone interested.
Friday night: $200 vanished in thin air. I fired an e-mail to WH right away. Got the NT-code from Neteller within minutes. Got a form reply from WH. Sent another mail to WH and gave them the code.
Saturday: Got another reply from WH. They said that they'd look into this on Monday.
Sunday: Nothing. Sent them an e-mail and said that I was looking forward to get my $$ back on Monday.
Monday: Nothing.
Tuesday afternoon: Nothing. Sent an e-mail and whined about the lack of fast and secure transactions and lack of quick support when technique fails.
Tuesday night: My money showed up in my WH-account.

I sent them two e-mails and then finally a 3rd e-mail with the NT code from Neteller and all the other essential information. I can't call them on the phone though as they are in the UK. My cell phone won't make the call for some reason and I don't have a long distance carrier on my home phone, so even though its a toll free call I still can't make it! DOH! I haven't recieved the usual form reply to my e-mail adress after I sent the e-mail to will hill support. I haven't recieved the standard reply for any of the three e-mails I sent. This is really annoying me because I wanted to play a little poker there this afternoon and instead of that I am having to make all these different phone calls and e-mails and such. Incredibly annoying. I know that Will Hill won't respond for another 48 hours too, because they are terribly slow. I might have to go to a buddys house and make the phone call from there. There is a phone number floating around these boards for Crypto or Will Hill that might be of some use. They suck at handling their emails. | | Static Link |

I fired another mail to Will Hill and provided them with the code. Now, after 12 hours or so, the money is still missing. I am not very happy about this.

I get an error message that says "Unable to connect to Neteller" or something like that. Ok, so I check my WH-account. No $200. I check my Neteller and see that $200 has been deposited to Will Hill.
I've sent them an e-mail, but I expect no response before August.
I have made quite a few transactions there before and never had any problems. Belive it or not, I actually thought Will Hill was a class act, but obviously they have no idea.
Anyone with similiar problems?
