They're not a scam, their cust support is just really, really, _really_ incompetant.
my experience with them:
I had turned ten free dollars they gave me into like 300 playing their one on one tournaments. They were actually cool about letting me cash it out without a real money deposit, which was nice.
Their only bank transfer option was listed as "wire transfer", but from the way they described it and the fact that it was free seemed like an ACH. My Bank (BofA) uses seperate routing numbers for wire transfers and ACH transfers, so I called to see which one ... | | Read Entire Entry |

why do you play pacific so often, hof? just because the games are soft? or do you play it while playing another room too.
ive been playing pacific while playing empire and pacific is sooo easy to win on its unreal
I play alot of their MTT's while playing another site. I've had my biggest cashes there. I have no idea why I still play there...oh yeah I do cause it's a fuckin cash cow!

they will credit your account I'm sure, I've never used any deposit method there besides neteller, but withdrawls can take up to a week at pacific so be patient | | Static Link |
