1) what is more important - saving time or $40.
2) whether the Citadel account would work for you.
It all depends on the poker room where you wish to open your account. Go to their site and check whether they accept it or not.

i was in montreal for business when it so happens there was this online poker conference a couple of months ago so i went. pretty neat... anyhow, i was at Citadel and they have a device called secureswipe. its this usb device that plugs into your computer and you can swipe your credit card and/or debit card...and you fund your account. the only thing is that it only works if you have a Citadel account...here is the link for more info https://www.mycitadel.com/info.jsp?content=secureSwipeInfo - if you ask for it, they will send you a device so i ordered one...$40 bones for the device. i like it...but i think i may have a problem LOL

Party has an option to deposit using a prepaid phone card that you buy from a link through them. There's a fee for loading the phone card (I think it was around 35 or 45 for $500) but then if you complain about the fee to Party they will (in my experience anyway) give you a bonus to make up the difference. You can use your credit card to load the phone card, then use the phone card to fund your Party account. Once you've done that, I'd reccomend at least a few cover games, but that's just me. Either way, you've now got Party money which should easily be depositable back to Neteller. Voila | | Static Link |

I don't know if this is quick, but it should work...just unsure of what amounts you need...
Get an ePassporte account...load it with your Mastercard...deposit into a poker site that takes ePass...withdrawl the amount to Neteller
Do not do this without playing a considerable amount at the casino or poker site or there's likely to be an issue.
Be prepared to potentially have problems with this, it's not guaranteed to work.
Your best bet is to do a little research and find a site that takes ePass for deposits, but does NOT take ePass for withdrawls. There are some out there.

After playing for a bonus, then withdraw into Neteller.
If you want to do the transfer without playing, just deposit from cc in Party and immediately withdraw into Neteller.
It will not cost anything as long as the CC and Neteleer are in USD I guess.
