You can get a lot better deals than carib and crypto action isnt juicy enough IMHO to chase down the carib monthly.

The thing to do is to get the CS people to contact EZCash, who have the full hand histories - Carib's records can be inaccurate, for some reason. I contacted CS using their "chat" facility, and the $40 bonus was credited to my account within a couple of hours.
BTW, I can confirm, hands that count towards the requirement are those where the rake is 0.25 units or higher. The limit is irrelevant.
I hope I don't have to go through all that again this month......

The $40 bonus dident so i called them they checked my hand count and added the $40 in a matter of minutes. An extra $40 in FREE chips will automatically be added to playing balance after you have participated in your 500th raked hand during any calendar month! Please note that only one bonus will be given per account each month, and only one bonus will be given per computer. The bonus will not appear in the cashier statement, but is reflected on your playing balance on any of the tables.
Note for New Players: The 100% initial deposit bonus and the $40 monthly playing bonus wagering requirements run concurrently, meaning after you've satisfied the first 250 hands, you only have another 250 to go for receiving the $40 bonus.
Note: In order for a Raked Hand to count toward releasing the bonus money, $0.25 or more in rake must be generated in the hand.

I deposited 200$, played a total of 800 hands according to crypto counter and got my 50$ signup bonus.
Then according to the deal of the 40$ monthly bonus I should only have to play an additional 250 RAKED hands before i got the 40$ monthly bonus. (because I did the signup bonus 250 raked hands 250+250).
However after well over a 4000 hands played I have still not gotten their 40$ monthly bonus -
I do play at the smallest tables 0.15/0.25$ NL but its enough if the pot is raked 0.25 so there should be no problem here.
Also, I got the signup bonus of 50$ after 250 raked hands - 800 total hands of 0.15/0.25$ NL.
I have emailed support about this but they have not answered.
Another thing which is terrible is their poker client.
Tons of bugs which has been going on for a long time now and they don't seem interested in fixing it.

Yes, I know to qualify you have to have participated in 500 hands where the rake is 0.25 or greater. I dowloaded all the hands from log viewer, did a sort and added them up. I played almost 600 qualifying hands last month. Cryptocounter gives a figure of 573. Yet when I contacted CS customer support (Live Chat); they insisted that their system only showed me having played just over 400 qualifying hands.
I agreed with them that I would send an email attaching my stats. That was 2 days ago - no reply since.
Is the problem with CS, or is it the Crypto software?
Anybody got any ideas?
