This seems about right from my personal experience with PokerPlex... 2 days.
This site isn't just forums, although I must admit that it is only rarely that I return to the factual site links pages myself. For questions like these jek & Gonzo seem to pride themselves on keeping the info up to date and accurate, so in most cases you'll get good information there, so use it!
