The first time I transferred to UB and then transferred to my friends UB account. When my friend withdrew from UB it took almost 2 weeks and 2 emails to withdraw the money, so obviously they were very suspicious.
The 2nd time I transferred doing the same thing but my friend played a few SNG tournies and then withdrew. At a gain even, and had no trouble with that. So, if you play some hands they are less likely to bitch.
The 3rd time I transferred using NT and paid the 1.9% fee. If you do it that way dont log on to each account at the same computer. Both of our accounts got locked out and NT said if it happened again they would close out our accounts.
From experience, its ok to log on to each NT account on the same comp just dont transfer money between them on the same network IP unless you dont mind getting locked out.

If you have accounts at the same bank, you can perhaps withdrawal funds through neteller to your bank, transfer accounts, then deposit through IGMPay. Don't withdrawal through IGM - it's way too slow.
