Sites are quick to take our money so they should also have the courtesy to return it to us in a prompt fashion without coming up with all sorts of nonsense to delay payment. From sites reviews here, i was under the impression that Golden Palace was the only one requiring id and documentation when cashing out and i therefore refuse to play at such a site. I want to play poker instead of wasting time scurrying around with photocopies of my passport and utility bills in order to get MY money back. It's particularly a lame excuse when you deposit and withdraw via Neteller who has really checked you out rather thoroughly when opening an account with them (i presume Firepay and others have similar standards).
Maybe, before depositing, we should ask sites such as these to send us a copy of their financial statements | | Static Link |

I talked to live chat, and he said he sent the "cashout in process" e-mail to me, but I recieved nothing. So he pasted its content in the chat window, and I sent ID and utility bill to their Banking@blabla, from another adress. Still no money however. I did Royal Vegas, another skin, and tried to withdraw $120, and they wanted documentation, so it just seems to be hit and miss. Their CS even said it is a kind of russian roulette as to what accounts are made to require documents. | | Static Link |

I will avoid captain cooks though.
I have played 3 primas now and only one that wanted docs was crazypoker.

To many Primas believe in the slow pay stall tactics. I'm tiring of it. After waiting six weeks for my Captain Cooks Poker payout, I have no tolerance for their policies anymore. He asked how much I was withdrawing and I told him and he said that was over $500 and they request the documentation for any cashout of $500+.
Therefore, if you play at crazy poker, you will have to provide ID docs to get your money unless you withdraw less than $500.
