Actually, this is going to be very ironic, but I just tried to deposit for the reload, but the transaction didn't go through. It gave me an error of "Could not communicate with Neteller." played 700 hands Emailed them got conformation and 100 bonus within hours. cashed out. got the standered email with all the crap on there saing they may require more info from me and where do I want cashout sent to. Seriously, the tone of all of your (OP's) emails was nasty and condescending. From what I see in those emails, you had a couple of clueless CS people respond to your questions, and they didn't follow up as quickly as you expected. Rather than just say "Hey, I wrote to you three days ago and this was going to get taken care of, it still hasn't?" you insult the people you are writing to. I've dealt with the public as well - customers who treat you like shit are going to get the barest, lowest level service required, and not a stitch more. Ever.

Sometimes it just takes a site longer to get you your money than others. I think we have been spoiled by the "big" sites that get us our money within a few hours. If you want a nice long wait for a withdrawl go play Pacific. Then your 4 days won't seem so long

I sent in my ID docs and have not had any problems with them. Matter of fact I just finished clearing the July reload bonus and emailed them and was promptly responded to and my money was released. I have had nothing but positive experiences with them.
Also, here and on 2+2, when you hear stories like this it makes me wonder if we are hearing the entire story because I have accounts on over 20 sites and have NEVER once had any problems with bonus/withdrawing.
Also, most of the people who post these stories have few posts. This topics OP only has 3 posts. How come gonzo or jek never post stories like this?

After i withdrew i got their confirming email alerting me that copies of a utility bill and passport/driver license MIGHT have to be sent to them. Fortunately, that did not happen. I withdrew Sat night and found the money at Neteller this morning. Fairly quick for Prima.
I had written them an email though that their waiting lists were becoming more and more hopeless. They wrote me back saying that they were in the midst of a major sw overhaul and that many improvements were forthcoming. One of those was already implemented ... the profile feature! As if i care about that stupid profile thing. I did notice though that the raked hand counter is tracking much better, no longer a 1 hour lag to update. They dont really budget help for it, or really give a shit. But if the deal is good, the grief to get the bonus is nothing compared with hustling Casino4aces at all.

I got my bonus 4 days late only after complaining 4 times, twice through e-mail, and twice through live help.
I had to approach them each time this happened. They would keep holding off and not do anything until I came back at them. Then they said they'd do something, I'd wait another couple days and nothing would happen so I'd e-mail them again.
They have not clearly helped me with their withdrawl process.
what's suppseod to happen with their service is that they're su[pposed to send me an e-mail regarding withdrawl procedures.
They did not and I had to pester their livechat twice before they told me correctly what to do, which was fax them documentiation(soemthing I already knew thanks to bw.com so I didn't have a problem with)

I have played on a number of Prima sites and I think he does have somewhat of a point, although I sort of like playing the small stakes no-limit hold em and omaha games there I think it is a good idea to really check each individual Prima site out so you know what you are getting into.
I have had the same sort of piss poor service on Poker333 and Golden Riviera he is talking about. This isn't the first time I have heard someone complain about Crazy Poker. There are a couple other Primas I wouldn't go near based on things I have read.
That said, Bet365, Royal Vegas, Gaming Club, and the Poker Rewards sites all seem to be top notch based on my experience. Same goes for the casinos associated with them. | | Static Link |
