Yes, GCP is right.

Prima takes this kind of thing seriously, so please send all information (if it was on Royal Vegas) to me and I'll take care of it.

It's heartening to see someone so honest and we always appreciate players keeping an eye out for this.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Kind regards,
Tania

Alternatively, you can request the assistance of a Poker Manager in the chat at the table. You can then alert the poker manager on duty that there's coffeehousing going on and they'll investigate accordingly.

Or as the others have said, send all the information that you can (names, table details etc.) to your respective card room.

Kind Regards,
GCP

I would just write to email support. Better be fairly specific, with table names, time, player ids and game numbers. Don't know whether they will look into it. They might want to dismiss it as the delusions of a player who was losing. Pending on their reply you might want to request your email be forwarded to their pokerroom manager. If this was at a site where you play regularly, you might want to keep an eye out for these guys and see whether they continue to play together and continue their unethical chat.

Im playing mostly PL Omaha and the table im frequenting has a LOT of table talk. And its beginning to cross the line to outright collusion on the chat. The guys that mainly do it are .5BB/100 winners(2) and the other 4 are losers. Its along the lines of I foleded two pair, or my flush draw isnt big enough, while the hand is going on. The only hands its possibly influenced someone I had nut nut so I didnt care, but I dont like the situation. Should I email a particular support staff , or is there a Prima Poker Room Manager site somewhere?
