They admitted in their first email response that there had been a crash created by their supplier's software. I know at the time that I had about $60 in play at 2 tables. When I was able to log back in the next day, there was $30 less in my account, as though it was still in play at a table.
I called at about 10:30 PM EST on Monday evening as instructed to talk to a customer service rep. I explained the situation to her who told me they would review the logs. By the time I woke up the next morning, I had another email from Will Hill stating what they had done along with the extra $30 returned to my account. The line item on my statement called that entry "Gesture of Good Will - Cryptologic Casino".
I really thought this would take several phone calls, but they handled it well. Thanks, Will Hill!

I'm surprised no one else posted about this. Apparently there was a very real crash. I'll keep everyone posted as to how I come out.

Playing Friday evening in Will Hill's poker room, I noticed a system crash or down time. I'm in the US Eastern Time zone. This occurred about 10:00 PM for me.
I searched BW using Crypto,down,crash, etc., but since I haven't seen anyone else mention it, I thought it might have been an isolated incident. I tried a couple of other Crypto Sites and couldn't connect to them either at that same time. I could do all my other internet stuff, so I really didn't think it was my connection.
The bad thing here is that when the site went down, I had about $30 each in play at 2 tables. When I connected the next day, Saturday afternoon, I was short on my account balance by $30. I wrote Will Hill's customer service, but as of Sunday evening, I haven't heard from them.
Any ideas?
