I'd like to add an update to Havana's T&C's here, too.

At GPWA's urging, Havana club has removed the Video Poker exclusion from the playthrough excluded games. However, VP playthrough does have a 15x playthrough requirement.

Thank you, Greg!!

Just a follow up -

There is only ONE set of T&C now, and yes they have been changed.

Quote:

All money used to obtain bonus money as well as all Free and bonus money cannot be wagered on Roulette, Craps and BlackJack. Additionally, wagers on Baccarat and Video Poker WILL NOT meet your wagering obligation with regards to your initial download bonus. Wagers on Bacarrat and Video Poker WILL meet your wagering obligations on all subsequent bonuses.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news Bernadette, but if you'll use the "search" feature here and look up old threads about Video Poker Palace you'll see that they have a history of being too busy/backlogged/on holiday/accountant abducted by aliens excuses.

Note:Video Poker Palace is the name before they changed and rose from the grave as Video Poker Classic.

Inonizer, I wasn't implying that there was more to this than meets the eye with you OR them, just that there must be some misunderstanding. Was the erroneous phone number a typo? Is it even close to yours?

This does seem a little farfetched, so again, I'm offering my help.

Slots and Video poker are usually different types of games and operate on a different system.

The Video Poker at Slotland operates just like a slot.

Sorry, I don't know if it is eligible for jackpots or any other game details.

They do have detailed descriptions of every game on their site.

I recently played at Roxy Palace and claimed their sign up bonus. This is a quote from their terms and conditions webpage

"you need to wager at least ($100 deposit + $100 bonus) x 9 = $1,800 before you can withdraw. Wagering on Baccarat, Craps, Roulette, Sic Bo, Casino War, 3 Card Poker, Blackjack and all forms of Video Poker does not fulfill the wagering requirements of this bonus offer."

I wagered over $1800 on Cyberstud Poker, which is what Microgaming calls Caribbean Stud Poker. According to Roxy Palace, cyberstud poker is considered Video Poker. This makes no sense to me, since Video Poker games are all the arious types of draw poker where you bet in coins. In the casino lobby all Video Pokers are separated into their own category, like they do with slot machines and table games. Cyberstud Poker is a table game, but for some reason they are telling me that it counts as ideo poker and therefore is not eligble for wagering on the bonus. Clearly this should not be the c...

You are wrong Nifty

JOB is Video Poker and so is Video Poker Double so they should be one and the same.

Blackjack also shares the Jack with JOB and they are similar as well.

In Roulette you can bet on Black so Blackjack is a ersion of Roulette.

Craps and Sic Bo are the same as both use dice to determine the outcome.

Any more? These guys are really ridiculous.

She's absolutely glowing about them, says customer service is so good they know her by name already, she got her first check FedEx'ed to her in 2 days, and is expecting another one on Monday. I'm waiting for her permission to post her letter on my site now.

They are wonderful, and I have many letters from players attesting to that posted on my site; but then I've been a long time proponent of Sci-Fi. They stumbled when they were young and some people will never get past that.

They take very good care of their regular customers - even mailing out gifts to some of mine; have same day payouts, constant promos, and just upped their VP paytables to the best on the net.

Hi all,

An update on performance and Video Poker. After considerable work in June and July we feel that we have resolved the game play issues that were reported on this thread. If any of you are still experiencing problems please let me know.

Virgin Casino will also be putting 7 new Video Poker games live on w/c 20th August. Several of you mentioned the fact that we were light on our selection of VP so we’ve increased our selection of Video Poker games to 9 and will be working with Wager Works on developing new ariations.

If you’re interested in Slots there’s a new Pyramid Slot going live in August and there are some great new games coming in the next few months like Cleopatra, a new ersion of Wheel of Fortune and a new ersion of Monopoly.

Thanks for all your feedback and let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.
