Well....I guess Casino Secrets is never coming back. He was probably some RTG operator like Ted suggested....but what if he wasn't?
I've entertained a theory (Spear will enjoy this), for some time now that the majority of casinos are owned/connected with crime organizations. If this guy really was telling the truth, and if my theory is correct, he would most certainly have gotten "whacked" by now.

Syd, I knew you would agree to everything Ted suggested ever since you won $900(?) from PlusLotto....
I dare to bet $1 with you that c_s will come back! Remember what he said in the start? "YOU WANT THE TRUTH?? I can give it to you. I will begin to spill secrets, as soon as I can."
He is just doing the full-scale precautionaries before his second run. Don't you think he needs not protect his safety?

I'd be happy to share my 'secrets' - if I had any...
I don't really think there are any true secrets, just playing 'tips'. When, where and how you apply those tips is the key. What you might learn from player 'x' would work when UTG, but not necessarily in MP, etc.
When you encounter that player whose 'tip' you just read at your table, you can bet their game is never card for card, bet for bet, exactly as represented. Just when you think you know what they are doing, they are bluffing instead.
When we all get to the same HS cash table, we can use all that we have learned here (and then modify it)...

You will note of course that he attacks every software group but RTG. That is also his right but his claims about Sunny are something else.
No, I don't think casino_secrets started this thread just because of you- that because you had some arguments with RTG operators in the past that they will spill all the secrets involving so many SW providers, casinos, people in all walks of online gambling.... You obviously are doing too much reading and not watching enough poker on TV. I like watching Celebrity poker as the plays made there are strong and its impossible to learn Celebrity poker secrets as there are no books on how to play poker like a Celebrity.
My second choice would be the show that has comedians vs. poker pros. You will not find the comedian poker moves published anywhere and need to study these shows religously to learn how to play power suckout poker.

Sure, you can get tricky, and try to portray a certain image to your opponents by showing your cards. But, any poker player worth their salt will see right through that. Never, ever give away free information to your opponents! It's essentially the same as giving away war secrets (ok, an extreme example, but you get the point).

These aren't bad choices either.
The Sklansky books: The Theory of Poker, Hold'Em Poker, Hold'Em Poker for Advance Players, No Limit Hold'Em, Tournament Poker.
Caro's Book of Poker Tells,
SuperSystem & SuperSystem 2 [Brunson],
Hold'Em Excellence & More Hold;Em Excellence [Lou Krieger],
A series of books by John Vorhaus,
and [don't tell anyone that I mentioned these, as they are for real novices like me] Annie Duke DVD's Beginners Guide to Texas Hold'Em, and Advanced Texas Hold'Em Secrets.
Good reading and iewing!

There are many ariants of the game of poker, each with their own strategies, subtleties and nuances. Each game, be it Omaha, Stud or Hold em reveals more of itself each time it is played by the observant and thoughtful participant.
It could be said that poker is a flower, which with gentle attention and care rewards those who nurture it with evermore intricate and rewarding secrets.
All of this is said, but none of it is true of the shoveament tournament.
This ariation, once a mere sideshow to the more commonly played ariants is now sweeping the online and bricks and mortar casinos of the world. With as many as one (1) tournament taking place in any given calendar week there are literally dozen of players worldwide gripped by this seemingly random yet actually random game.
As an experienced shoveament player having played one (1) tournament myself I can reveal to the novice the secrets of this intriguing game and hopefully add something to the arsenal of the more exp... | | Read Entire Entry |

Well, I'm not gonna give up all their secrets here in public , but extra bonuses, comp points, gifts frequently delivered to our doors, etc.
I play there a lot (almost daily - 11 Royals there so far), so I get all the above and I know some of my players do, too; as well as some other webmasters that play there regularly.
Sci-Fi's marketing knows their stuff, and it's one of the reasons I was impressed with them early on.

Just wanted tot ell youguys,t hat I have been a longtime watcher on this board. The reason my name is Casino Secrets is because I used to Work for an MG casino, and ran a crypto Casino, and worked with a lot of RTG operators. YOU WANT THE TRUTH?? I can give it to you. I will begin to spill secrets, as soon as I can.
In the meantime, you can email me, If you have any questions. I will try to answer as many as possible.
Sidenote, I want to keep my anonimity, since I deal with plenty of operators still till today. I am just suck of their Bull**** - some of these software co.s are stealing money from the public.
I know who the owners are of what casino, while they are all hiding behind offshore companies that name Mickey Mouse as the president.

Then, let us know if is worth a damn.
I don't think the Cloutier book is all that great.
Caro's book will probably be fun to read but not very applicable to online play (obviously). Try his "Fundamental Secrets of Winning Poker". I think you can get it for about $8.00 and it is pretty fun.
