U2 never know if the casino is cheating or not - I have played Blackjack at a MicroGaming casino, and I lost more 10 games in a row while I never won 3 games in a row. Later I lost all $200 even I bet $1 each game, sometimes $2.
In StarLuck casino or PlanetLuck casino, I never win 2 blackjack games in a row, while I always lose more than 10 games continuously(or even 20 games? I don't remember) As I remember, on average when I won 1 games, I should lose at least 10 games.
In RTG casino, sure I have the experience of losing 5 blackjack games or even more in a row, but I can also win that many games in a row.

I wagered at more than 20 MicroGaming and RTG casino. The main differences between MicroGaming and Real Time Gaming Casino are:

You can try Swiss casino, but only using your bonus. The reason? Swiss casino is not a client in PlayTech website. So? well, I did try their game, and I lose all my money, $200, in less than 10 minutes. In Swiss, approximately, everytime I win 1 game, I lose 3-5 games.
ClubDice is a much better casino, the odds is much fair than Swiss. I have experience of losing 6 games in a row but also winning 6 games in a row.
I strongly recommend ClubDice casino. Of course it would be a nice idea if you want to spend a little money in Swiss casino to find out the difference between these 2 casino, whose software they apply is the same.

Sorry guys. I think I typed the wrong casino name. I only played in PlanetLuck Casino and never play at StarLuck Casino; however, I think both of them are using the same software.

It really doesnt matter why casinos choose excluded games differently and the fact they should be able to gain from house edge on these games may only be one of their many considerations. They may just as well exclude everything except scratch cards but they are perfectly entitled to do this as they are the ones to pay out when players win. If they feel that it would be in their own interests to exclude certain games then that's their decision and we should respect that. We can persuade them to think otherwise but until they do we cannot just do our maths and say Hey! You are not disadvantaged by the play on these games so cough up. If the games were excluded, then non payment on these games is certainly correct.
I dont understand why, after all this furore, it still insists in it having discretion in the confiscation of winnings on excluded games unless this is set as a booby trap for new players. As has been mentioned by a few people, there is actually no reason to oid winnings for play on excluded games. The wagering requirements would not be met with these games but the extra play on these games would be advantageous to the casino because of the house edge. I would like to know what caused them to include this term. Initially only Playtech casinos oided winnings from play on excluded games.
The only mistaken reason for casino doing this is if they see that the player has a good chance to build a large bankroll with the game. Some players treat bonuses with high WR as a sticky bonus which can't be withdrawn as it will on average be lost by the house edge - so players are advised to aim for a high win to maximise the return. WizofOdds and others have explained that you should aim for a high win with sticky bonuses so this method is no secret but they can do that just as easily with the games that count towards the wagering requirement such as slots so it really makes no sense for the ... | | Read Entire Entry |

Restricted games are so "playtechish", and there is no need at all for an honest reputable casino to have rules like these. It is not rocket science.Just set up your bonuses and promos allowing all games. With a little creative thinking it can still be profitable for the casino,and incentive for the player. Wow! This has got to be the largest online casino i have seen (and i have seen hundreds). I think it used to be Grand Opry.
Specifics:
1. Microgaming (my fav)

If I worked at the casino, I would pay the player re the terms the player say she read, these terms changed less than 24 hrs later.
It's about time the casino software suppliers spent some time ironing out these issues for all concerned.
To play with a bonus in a casino, one should not be able to procede to the games without reading the terms and clicking "accepted", one should not be able to play barred games until bonus restrictions are met, one should not be able to cash out before playthrough is met.
If that is too hard, don't waffle on about evaluating the games with wonderful free bonus money and then go write terms that exclude all games bar the fruit machines.

I am wondering what you folks would consider to be perfect software.
i.e., games that were the same for real money as they are for play?
Games that allowed you to iew your history even if you are playing for free?
A website that posts the rules of the games including how many stops in their slot machines?
Games that have a progressive jackpot where the casino contributes the initial amount. Thereafter, the players who choose to participate are the only contributors, making the jackpots a believable possibility since the casino never has to put up the jackpot money.
Are these along the lines of what may constitute a great software? Is there more?

The only thing I didn't like about this casino is that it really doesn't show the games (at least I couldn't find much reference to them) and after I downloaded the casino, I saw that there are 4 games: Black Jack, Roulette, (American and European) and Jacks or Better with 8/5 for Full House/Flush.

I used to bet $2,000 back in the day in Lasseters (another casino many people believed was rigged). I lost more than I won but I believe it was fair. First of all, the games are here to take your money. Casinos are not charities and they set up the games wherein people lose more (waaay more) than they win. Second, if you don't like that particular casino, move on. If you love to lose at a particular casino, then you are developing signs of an addiction, in which case you should stop gambling.

By 'excluded' I think they mean the games that are in the Excluded Games list @ King Neptunes. Some non-excluded games are still pretty good (profitable) with the bonus.

UK Casino Club is reliable. I had not heard of the other three either but all three are powered by Bet and Chat software. I have played at 2 othere casinos powered by Bet and Chat:

I got paid within a week. Checks were mailed from Los Angeles. But they only offer four games: Blackjack, Slots, Video Poker, and Roulette. I was disappointed with the limited selection of games. I won't go back unless they add new games.

I do not know whether you are deliberately being disengenuous or are just confused.
A lot of casinos allow you to play their games with 'Play Money' their T&Cs emphasise you cannot withdraw any 'winnings'. Are you saying you would support a player who won money under these T&Cs and then asked the casino for the money?
This is the same issue, the casino said these games were excluded with a bonus, no ifs and buts about their T&Cs.
If this player had stopped after just playing the excluded games would you be argueing that she was entitled to her 'winnings'?
I can't believe any reasonable person would think so and legally it's no contest.
Assuming you are reasonable you must therefore agree she had no winnings after playing the excluded games and therefore started playing on allowed games with just her original stake and bonus.
