I followed these steps:
- I buy in to get the bonus. The bonus is immidiatelly credited.
- I closed the casino software and yes the bonus money is now in my account.
- I opened the poker software, sit in on a table with my full withdrawal amount so that only the casino bonus is left.
- Logged in to the casino and yes I can only buy in with the bonus money.
I dont think you have to do step 3 but I did it for my own convenience and just to make sure it worked

I may be wrong, Luman, but I always thought online gambling was illegal in Austria (where your details say you're from).
I don't think they accept US residents.
Having said that, Casino Treasure owe me a $50 bonus from November last year. I got an email from Casino Treasure and Casino Fantasy saying I'd get a $50 bonus on my next deposit but I only got it from Casino Fantasy. I got a couple of responses from them apologising and saying they'd deposited it into my account but they hadn't!
The bonuses aren't cashable. I did make $100 profit though with the bonus from Casino Fantasy and the cheque arrived quickly.
I didn't get the Casino Treasure bonus although I received this email when I complained in December:

Yes, of course, the casino has the RIGHT to do whatever they want. But it is foolish to act this way. This implementation of a bonus offer makes it so that a player will always deposit a MINIMUM amount. The guy said I needed to wager another $495 at the casino to clear the bonus, but said that apparantly playing at the poker tables was "somehow" clearing the casino bonus and that if I just played a little bit more, it would fully clear the casino bonus.
My theory on this from what I can gather is that they don't start crediting your raked hands towards the casino bonus until you clear BOTH the $50 deposit bonus AND the $40 monthly bonus. Damien, may be time to remove Casino On Net. They have refused to credit my bonus after meeting the requirements. Everyone gets stiffed by someone. Never thought I would get stiffed by Casino On Net.

I have been quiet since I wrote about my instance some weeks ago. I had written to the casino several times and never received a response. This week I received a pm from the rep saying I would be contacted soon by the casino. I did register, and sent several emails to their support department. None of them was replied until my 6th Email. Someone from the casino told me that they no longer provide the $10 bonus.
I don't mind to get the $10 bonus or not. But why didn't the casino reply my first Email to tell me the truth?

Yes, but what difference does that make if he's continued to deposit at that particular casino?
IMHO, bonuses at the other sister casinos should be banned, but not at the one(s) that he continues to deposit & play at.

If the casino expects to make money from the "bonus abuser" on a bad streak, than the casino should pay up when the "bonus abuser" hits a good streak, i.e., wins.
I mean, c'mon, this is absurd. Surely, you do not think that the casino is entitled to win all the time? That's not a casino, that's a scam posing as a casino.
Casinos don't win all the time. Land casinos don't win all the time. They win *most* of the time, and that is good enough.
I don't think that is good enough for a dishonest casino, and when it isn't good enough and the casino has to start fiddling with their games by fiddling with the payment, that's a dishonest casino.
