This is untrue. I know for a fact that Vegas24/7's support, security and cashier department are all run by AbsolutePoker.
So why is it that:
1. VP247 cashouts take 12 hours while AP cashouts take 3-7 days?
2. VP247 CS responds to inquiries within a couple of hours while AP CS usually does not reply at all?
That I do not know. Maybe they dont like you at AP but they like you at Vegas. All I know is all I know. You can choose to believe me if you want.

But...
I can't remember about the cashout times, but Vegas24/7 C.S. definitely seemed quicker than Absolute - except when Absolute had just got me to deposit 1k for one of their promotions. Before the $1k was deposited, they replied at warp speed. Once they had taken my $s they were very slow in putting my bonus freerolls into place, and my best buddy who gave me the package was suddenly less available once the 1k was in place.
But no problem with Vegas 24/7 C.S. for me. Then again, they never offered me free $s and big freeroll tourneys.
I presume that they must have some kind of internal filtering system for their Emails.
