Basically, BetCris owned a bunch of Ongame skins, including Poker Shootout I believe, but they all moved to the True Poker Network around January or February 2007. This appeared to be a direct result of UIGEA.
America's Cardroom, which was probably BetCris's biggest site changed their name (probably to avoid the embarrassment again of having to tell Americans that they couldn't play on their site any longer, despite being called "America's Cardroom"---they had to do this for a small period of time in late 2006) to Bookmaker Poker and are also a True Poker skin. ACR directs international users to BetCris Poker, but I'm not sure why anymore since they are also a True Poker skin (I could have sworn Bet Cris was still an Ongame skin even after the other sites moved to True Poker).
