I must inform about this to avoid people having the same trouble

I have an account on tower gaming wich is an ongame network room.
Two weeks ago my account was hacked.
I was unable to login, and i could'nt get my password back 'cause the registred email was changed.

No phone number to contact the support so i had to send tons of emails to justify my identity. When they finally got it they locked the account and gave me the access. All my bankroll disapeared within 5 minutes January 9th between 13.50 and 13.55.

The support didn"t want to give me a phone number to reach them but they said they would take a look at it.

Worst support i've ever seen, i contacted a friend who's working on another ongame skin to get some advises but Tower Gaming didn't even want to look at the hand histories or ckeck who the chips were dumped to.

All i got from them is automatic emails like this:

"Please be advised though, players are responsible for their own passwords and log in information. If you have given your password or used a public computer, this is not the responsibility of the site. We advise our players to frequently change their passwords to avoid such problems."

then i had some news and here is what they told me

As we have previously informed you, the only way a third party could have accessed your account is if you have disclosed your password to somebody. It is not possible for an account to be "hacked", as you have suggested. If a third party does access your account - either having been disclosed the password or if the password is stored on the computer - and loses funds then there is nothing we can do, other than provide you with the IP addresses used in the few last sessions in question (82.253.196.135 and 82.216.100.5. You are then free to use that information to take the matter further, although you must do this yourself.
Further to this, when your email address was changed, I can confirm that your original email address (************ was sent an email advising of this change, this was on 2008-01-08 18:58:33. You are responsible for ensuring you do not disclose your password to anyone, by any means. We urge you to use the information you have to take this matter further locally; we can not reimburse you for the game that you are claiming was not you logged in.

their support team have acces to all datas i asked but dont want to provide it to me, they keep telling me , password is your buiseness we dont care

ip adress was not mine and they dont care

does anybody know what i can do, they dont even want to block other player account who chip dumped, they dont provide me hand histories
