Don't think so - at least for now - as I made a deposit earlier this week to RedKings and just tried one at PokerRoom without getting any warning message or the transaction being blocked, which is what is happening at Tower.

I too avoided OnGame for several months after the switch but decided to return and give them a try when Tower had their x5/x6 offers, which I still didn't clear successfully playing my regular full ring LHE game then experimenting with stud. Only when approaching the end of clearing those bonuses did I finally realize that short handed limit was the way to go and so had a fruitful time towards the end of last year (at PokerRoom in particular).
