Topic: Internet Gambling Prohibition Act re-introduced Forum: Bonus Whores
My guess is that this is an attempt to get the online gaming industry to open their books to the IRS. If the industry is at 12 billion a year and growing that adds up to a lot of tax money.

As a practical matter how would they be able to stop the gambling. Is there a physical way to stop players from getting to the sites. Since the sites are not in the USA how would any of this effect them.
