At PokerRoom, they review bad beats and if they decide that you only went to the show down to get the bonus, they will disqualify you. I suspect that the same thing applies to a Royal Flush.

How would they decide? if you discuss your hand in the chat section?

I was on party last august when they started the bad beat jackpot it was about three weeks after it started(i think) the bad beat hand req's started as aces over eights . I had aces over eights and knew i was beat with aces over kings. I was shaking waiting to cash that jackpot. I finished the hand only to find out they changed the reqs three days earlier to aces over kings. I still had the e-mail they had sent that said aces over eights. Now what its it four of a kind?
