There have always been promos that required two specific cards and others that required a set. The value of each of these promos is in the range of £1.50-£1.70 per 100 hands at £1/£2.

So there is not much to choose. However, I normally don't play the promos that require a small set (e.g. three 4's or even three 9's); as you lose some bonus equity by folding small pocket pairs in time.
