They would have been better off if they had made them 50 people tourneys or a different point system and had scheduled tourneys. Quote: This is a 100 Player Tournament weekly competition where we will reward continuously successful players. Each 10-table Centurion Tournament performance will be scored and players are then ranked on a Centurion Leaderboard. Top finishers on the weekly Leaderboard will win additional prize money from a Centurion Bonus Pool.
The Bonus Pool is generated by a percentage of the fee players pay to enter each Centurion 10-table tournament and does not in any way affect regular payouts.
1. After each week of intense 10-table battles, half the bonus pool will be awarded to the top three finishers on the Leaderboard.
2. The other half of the bonus will be on the line in a winner-takes-all special 10-handed Coliseum Tournament open for the top ten players on the Leaderboard.
Win the Leaderboard AND the Coliseum Tournament and you’ll be honourably crowned the PokerRoom.com Centurion Champion!
The Centurion Leaderboard will be calculated from Midnight to Midnight on Sundays Eastern Standard Time.
The Centurion Tournaments will run 24/7 in a Sit & Go format.
The Coliseum Final will run on the next following Sunday.
You will find the Centurion Cup Tournaments in the poker game lobby. Select "Tournaments", click on the "Sit & Go (Real)" tab and scroll your way down the "Full table" list to find the "Centurion Cup" tournament.
