Most sites will deduct bonuses from your MGR so you will effectively not get rakeback while clearing a bonus but it doesn't matter since in most cases, bonuses are 100% rakeback or a much higher % anyway for a good bonus. A few sites will not deduct bonuses from your MGR. You can search through old posts for which ones.

You can google for affiliates that offer rakeback and also search for sites that review rakeback sites. IMO, it's really not cool to discuss them here since they are competitors to BW.

While true that BW is not a traditional rakeback site, they do have a rakeback offer with Eurolinx.
