UB offers pretty frequent reloads for bonuses that suck ass and they gave me $5 in a second account I never use anymore a while back. As an American I don't know about party anymore. Absolute poker has given me more free cash than any site, maybe $10 twice a year, and they occasionally call me with VIP offers that are even better (e.g. 5% free cash, 30% bonus, and a free ticket to their weekly events) though I don't really see how I'd be considered a VIP.
