I emailed riverbelle about my bonus after I signed up. It has been 3-4 days and still haven't received any reply from them. So I decided to call them. Talk to a rep and figure out the whole deal and indeed I am getting the bonus. River Belle said their system might take up to 24 hours to update the raked hand history.
