Yea my cash out went to NETTELLER just fine. On the site they accept netteller but says you must go through your bank account to cash out.

What they do is send two small amounts into your account and then you must verify your account by telling them what those amounts were. I did it and then the money went to netteller.

Kinda weird but it worked for me!!!
