I just completed my first bonus and obviously I now feel a bit like I have 'cheated' in some way!

Basically I am with betfred and I just completed the $250 signup bonus today, got the 2.5k raked and cashed out almost straight away.

I asked the live help people how long a neteller cash-out normally takes and they said 24hrs, but they are having 'technical issues' which means they can't process any netelller cash-outs until monday, so the quickest I can get my money is now tuesday?

Is this likely to be a geniune reason (can anyone here log on to betfred and ask the same question maybe?) or are they looking at my account or something.... am I just getting paranoid here?

I did play a fair few tourneys while I was there also, but basically the bonus is my only profit!
