I suspect that it is Neteller that is pinching us on the exchange rate. They quote an estimated conversion to other currencies for our balance ($1.867 US = 1 GBP); but that doesn't seem to be the exchange rate that they used for my cashout from TotalBet ($1.786 US = 1 GBP).

I got roughly the estimated conversion rate quoted by Neteller when depositing to TotalBet.
