Seriously you shouldn't be doing the party or ex-skins until you have enough bankroll to max out the bonus at them... At 5x and 7x for $100 they are great bonuses that shouldn't be wasted. Be patient, and build the roll to $500, then bang those out.

Go do a boss media... play the micro limits, and contribute your raked hands.. It's a pain, but christ are they easy. If you have the time, play the full ring .5/.10NL and PFR $.80 or $1 with your AA and KK hands.. You'll still get a few callers... And after the flop(Provided it's not a bad one) bet 1x to 2x the pot.. They will almost always pay you off.

Also play the short handed .05/.10 NL games there and limp any suited cards, connectors, pps, any 2 over 10, etc... play loose as hell preflop... You'll always be contributing, and well.. It's a dime.. You'll get those rakes in no time... Just make sure when those garbage hands hit you get someone to pay you off to make up for all the times that they don't.

Later Check out one of the 5x B2B sites once you get the bankroll for it... PokerDandy is 100% for E400. So 2000 raked at .31 or more gets you a E400 bonus paid after one month. Although if you're not ready to play 1/2limit or atleast $50 NL it's going to be slow getting those rakes... But it could be done at the $20NL tables. This clears in $20 incraments for every hundred raked.
