I use to believe that you could only collect first time bonuses from Prima sites also, until Piggs Peak offered me 30 bucks for a 30 buck deposit. I emailed them that I already belonged to Royal Vegas and asked if that disallowed me from their offer. They emailed back the offer was still good for me. So I deposited and had no problem withdrawing a couple hundred bucks after I won a 1k freeroll there on first try.

As far as Piggs Peak goes, customer support is excellent compared to other prima sites. Email responses almost instantly, and always very polite and personal. Cashout took a couple extra days longer than Royal, but Royal is now next day for me.
