I disagree that Intertops is the weakest of the skins. I actually think that it is the strongest of them. I don't play at Empire/Party because I of course wait for comeback bonuses from them so all of my real playing is done at Intertops. They have some great money added tournaments and damn good customer service.

They had a leap year tournament where the prize pool was quadrupled in February. Because of the DOS attacks it crashed immediately, but Intertops paid back everyone 4 times the amount they bought in with. Seems like a very good skin to me.
