you should get the log in ID from them within like 10 mins and your password too. I am guessing that you are trying to play poker at Intertops and not at the sportsbook? Also some of us have ran into an error that says that our deposit from Neteller didnt go through only that it DID go through. So deposit and check your cashier in real money to see if it did go.
