Grinder. Are playing NL or limit? What limits are you playing if you are playing limit. If you play 3/6 or higher (usually too rich for my blood) then the rake probably gets capped because of the pot size. But at .50/1 and 1/2 this isn't going to happen. Unless I'm hallucinating, a .50 chip goes up to the top of the table when it crosses $5 (10%); then another $5 is bet and a .25 chip goes there, then there is a bet and a fold because Party is swarming with folks (not that I know any of these people) that play multiple tables and don't gamble crazy. (I've actually found the 2/4 to be far looser than the .50/1 most of the time)

Pot= $11, Raked=$.75 (for example). 6.8% rake

Multiply this by 50 hands an hour and that's Capone money. I play NL occasionally, but I'm plum not very good at it so I try to stay away. Will still play there because of the bonuses though of course.
