I think as long as you play by their rules, wagering at least the amount demanded by them, that you are going to be fine. I've played 45 casinos now, and have had no problem whatsoever with being labeled an advantage player. Casinos are too concerned with their reputation to seize people's deposits labeling them advantage players.
