Heads up is more skill than luck.. sure if you catch top pair everytime you are going to kill people but it's how you play heads up that really makes it an art. I took some dude for $500 in an hour of 5/10 heads up after he insulted my game on empire. and I cant say that I had the best cards..just made him think I did.
