I believe this was always the case. That is why your first deposit should have been Neteller or any other form besides IGMpay and your second deposit should be IGMpay. I haven't done Party for IGMpay yet (looking for the right time) but that's what I did with Empire.

In other words, I believe that IGMpay bonus is no longer valid for you because you already did your first deposit with them. Can any other whore confirm this?
