My advice, if you dont need the money to whore further (i.e. you have a big enough roll already in neteller) just dont send the documentation for 2days and see if the money turns up. Worked for me!

I got an email requesting documentation for my cashout 3 months after my withdrawal went through... needless to say I didn't bother answering them
